Do your needs extend beyond the loading area? When requested, we may move shipments to positions beyond the adjacent loading area. In doing so, we will assess an inside pickup and or delivery charge in addition to all other applicable charges.

- Freight breakdown if necessary to fit a shipment though a doorway
We can provide reliable delivery solutions and support when your express shipment contains dangerous goods! There are special handling fees that apply to shipments containing dangerous goods. Surcharges are based on classification and type of special handling required, including whether the items need to be accessible during shipment. Shipments subject to IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations will be charged a special handling fee.

Transportation Solutions Standard Conditions of Carriage.
We reserve the right to assess fuel and other surcharges on shipments without notice. The duration and amount of any surcharge will be determined at our sole discretion. By tendering your shipment to FedEx Express, you agree to pay the surcharges, as determined by FedEx Express.
Shippers must declare a value for carriage on the air waybill. This declaration may be a specific amount or NVD (No Value Declared). The value per pound or per kilogram for applying valuation charges will be determined by dividing the shipper's declared value for carriage by the actual gross weight of the consignment as declared in the Gross Weight box on the air waybill.
Transportation charges may be assessed based on dimensional weight, which is a volumetric standard. Dimensional-weight pricing is applicable on a per-package or per-shipment basis to all shipments in customer packaging. FedEx packaging may also be subject to dimensional-weight pricing. Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying length by width by height of each package (all in inches) and dividing by 166 for international shipments and 194 for shipments within the
U.S.

When delivery on a Saturday is requested, we reserve the right to assess a fee which varies based on destination and shipment size.
